Saturday August 13 Inside Track Motorsport News night at Sauble Speedway featuring the Outlaw Midgets, Jr. Late Models, Combined 4's and the Roote's Gas Bar United 8's with their Sunburn 50 lapper $1,000 to win.
Up first was the Outlaw Midgets. In heat one it was the #2 of Jessica James picking up the heat win. Heat two saw the #53 of Mike Bradley get to the top spot of the heat for the win. second round
qualifying started with heat 3 with #2 Jessica James sweeping her heats. The final qualifying heat race was won by the #4 of Jamie Kay. The field was set for the 20 lap feature event for the Outlaw Midgets. It was all Jessica James leading green to checkered taking home the victory at the end of the night.
The Jr. Late Models returned to Sauble Speedway to do battle. It heat one it was all Ryder White in the #88 grabbing the heat win.Heat 2 saw the #5 of Carter Kamarath grab a heat win.
In heat 3 Ryder White swept his heat races on the night. Final qualifying heat of the night for the Jr. Late Models went to the #92 of Wyatt Sprung. The Jr. Late Models were prepped for their feature race of the night and when all was said and done the #88 of Ryder White headed to victory lane
Next up was the Combined 4's. In heat one it was the #49 of Tom Eckensweiller picking up the heat win.
Heat two saw the #08E of Cole Ecker grab the heat win. In heat three it was the #08F of Pat Farrow.The final heat of the night for the combined 4's was won by the #46x of Wayde Thorne. In the feature after a late race mishap the #71 of Gary Jones was there to capitalize and grab the feature win on the night.
The final show of the night was the Sunburn 50 lapper for the Roote's Gas Bar United 8's. Heat one saw the #16 of Zack Casemore grab the top spot in heat one.
Heat two it was the #4 of Zach Sprung grabbing the heat win. In heat three it was the #1 of Kayden Wright with the heat win. The final heat win of the night went to #4 of Zach Sprung sweeping his heats. Once it was all said and done it was the #1 of Kayden Wright taking home the win and the $1,000 prize.
This weekend the Fyre Place & Patio Shop presents the OSCAAR Racing Series Hot Rods and the Modifieds returning for their second trip to the beach in 2022. Joining the OSCAAR series this weekend the INEx Legend Series as well as the Jr. Late Models will be in action on Saturday, August 20th with racing getting underway at 7:00pm.
