In the 2022 season he had 15 heat wins, 3 feature wins including his first ever feature
win and came in 3rd overall in points! That’s right I’m talking about the driver of the 08 combined 4 car, Patrick Farrow! Pat is 32 years old; he is a mechanic outside of the racetrack
and is a dad to a daughter. Pat has been living his lifelong dream of racing for about 10 years
now, he started his racing career at Full Throttle motor Speedway before moving to Sauble
Speedway. He grew up going to the races every Saturday night and now he is one of the
drivers that future racers get to come out and watch every Saturday night.
Pat had a very dominating season in 2022 but what are some of his goals for the 2023
season? He explained that his main goals in 2023 are “to run upfront every night and be on the hunt for the championship again this year” but his biggest goal is “always to have fun and race as respectful as possible”. When asked about his sponsors Pat mentioned that OK tire out of Owen Sound has come on board for the 2023 season but he is still looking to represent more local businesses on his car this year, if Pat is a driver that you would like to have representing your business please reach out to him.
Patrick’s one piece of advice to someone who is thinking about just starting their career
in racing is “don’t be afraid to ask questions, there’s a lot of great people in the racing
community willing to help. There’s a lot to learn to get fast, but people are always willing to
